IKON iPlus is a unique intelligent data publishing solution that can transform publishing processes within the financial sector. IKON iPlus dramatically reduces document creation times whilst enhancing accuracy and speed to market of a wide variety of financial publications and client reports including Fund Fact Sheets and Reports, Pitch Books and Documents, Performance Reports, Client Statements and other report documents.
Original data can be automatically drawn from multiple disparate sources, then processed and artworked to pre-defined templates with controlled quality and proofing stages throughout, ready for publishing. Completed publications can be produced in hard copy via an integrated output infrastructure, with documents printed on-site by digital printers or off-site by dedicated digital print centres for forward distribution. Where hard copy is not required, each publication can be automatically distributed in a variety of application-specific formats direct to clients or distributors of such information.
In addition to delivering massive savings of as much as 75% of total document production costs, this publishing solution ensures consistency and accuracy of data, and is capable of rapidly producing a virtually unlimited number of completed publications and data sets, ready to market, all at the click of a button!
