Andrew Beedham Joins IPS Board
IPS are pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Beedham to the IPS board in the role of Non-Executive Director.
Andrew is a UK qualified Solicitor specialising in all aspects of corporate and corporate finance legal work for a wide range of clients. Andrew was a Senior Legal Adviser for 3i plc and Senior Counsel for GKN plc before setting up his own niche law firm in 1994. Andrew headed up the Corporate Team at Blackhams, a business law firm based in the centre of Birmingham, 2000-05. He joined Clarke Willmott November 2005. In addition to his legal expertise Andrew holds an MBA qualification and has recently been accredited as a Commercial Mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
