Harry Frost II Joins IPS board
IPS are pleased to announce that Harry Frost II is to join IPS in the role of Non-Executive Director.
Harry has recently retired as the Managing Director of ADP Investor Communications Services in London. Harry moved to this role after founding and managing Independent Investor Communications Corporation (IICC) in Canada which he sold to Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in 1990. Prior to starting IICC, Harry was President of the investment bank, Greenshields International, and a serving officer in the Royal Canadian Navy.
Harry is a graduate of the Royal Canadian Naval College, holds a BA from Queens University, Ontario, and is a fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
Harry's first contact with IPS was in 2000 as a client, with IPS defining the technical means for companies to distribute their annual reports and accounts to shareholders whose shares were held by proxies.
